Iranian University Women to Use Separate Doors to Enter Classes

Stop Fundamentalism - HRA News Agency reported Monday that following the new sex segregation measures put in to effect in Iranian universities, female students in the Science and Art University have had to use separate doors to enter classrooms since the beginning of the new school session.

Students say they noticed a thick and dark curtain covering the entry designated to women on the first day of classes.  Security agents hid by the curtain and forced female students to pass through these doors to enter classrooms where they were checked for proper Islamic dress code, say the students.

Iran - Young Girl Dies during Police Attack on a Party

Stop Fundamentalism – A young girl attending a private party at a friend’s apartment has died due to receiving head injuries after falling off the sixth story of the building, when the police attempted to arrest her and her other friends said Iran’s Police in Khorasan province Thursday.

The police that was monitoring the building for some time, according to the head of police, Naser Najarian, decided to raid the building on Wednesday night after observing a number of young boys and girls entering it.

Under the rule of the Ayatollahs, Iran has seen one of the darkest periods of its history. But thanks to people like Saba Haftbaradaran, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

The Daily Telegraph story of life and death of Saba Haftbaradaran, a resident of Camp Ashraf in Iraq who died during the April 8 massacre, was both tragic and shocking.  Shooting at unarmed civilians is pure savagery.  There is no justification for that no matter what the Iraqi government and military says or what the Iranian regime alleges the residents of the camp to be.  Nouri al-Maliki will have to answer for committing crimes against humanity.  He must be brought to justice in an international court.

Crowed of well over two thousand Iranian dissidents gathered in Auvers-sur-Oise near Paris on Monday 18 October to bid farewell to the Iranian Legendary Singer and resistance icon Marzieh.

MarziehMarzieh, diva of Persian music and a symbol of Iranian women’s resistance against the Mullahs’ theocratic rule passed away on Wednesday 13 October in Paris, at the age of 86.

Marzieh, was known to all Iranians for her music of love, culture and pride.  She spoke to her listeners through her music.  Her songs bring back memories and give hope to all Iranians.
