Iranians around the world have been very concerned about the BBC news outlet’s biased reporting. On Thursday 7th November, the BBC World Service broadcast a report regarding the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI, Mujahedin-e Khalq or MEK). The report was full of false allegations and claims that have long been refuted. The MEK – the main opposition to the Iranian regime and the organization that has been working towards freedom, peace and democracy in Iran – was slated by the BBC.

In a congressional briefing at the U.S. Senate on November 6, 2019, senators Ted Cruz and John Boozman expressed their solidarity and support for the Iranian people's struggle for freedom and democracy.

Since the beginning of November, the Iranian regime’s demonizing campaign against Iran’s main Opposition movement the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) reached a new level.

A concerted effort of fake-news, biased press articles, and over-activation of agents missioned with the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) were published to make a mountain out of a molehill.

The members and supporters of the Iranian opposition People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK-Iran), especially those within its Resistance Units, are stepping up their campaigns in various cities across Iran, despite the brutal crackdown launched by the mullahs.

These brave people are becoming symbols of perseverance and persistence in the fight for freedom in Iran, providing hope to a nation that wants to live in the light of democracy as opposed to the darkness that is the mullahs’ repressive regime.

The Iranian regime has carried out some of the most horrific crimes in recent history during the past few decades.

A lot of these have been war crimes exercised abroad, but many of these have also been terrible crimes against the people of Iran.

During the summer of 1988, more than 30,000 political prisoners were killed during what has become known as the 1988 massacre. The Supreme Leader at that time issued a fatwa ordering the execution of all political prisoners.
