Earthquake Hits Iran City Near Nuclear Site

Stop Fundamentalism – A 5.1 magnitude earthquake hit Iranian southern city of Kaki Monday, 60 miles away from Bushehr nuclear plant near Persian Gulf.

No reports of injuries or deaths have been published by the Iranian media and Iranian officials say there has been no damages to the reactor.  Another more powerful earthquake hit the same area last month killing at least 37 people.

Strong earthquakes have been reported during the past two months in the region and Bushehr nuclear plant is especially attracting a lot of attention as many Persian Gulf countries fear that such quakes may bring extensive human and material loss to them.
