On December 31, the Iranian regime ordered its Iraqi proxies to attack the US Embassy in Baghdad and Donald Trump rightly held them to account for their “malign” behaviour domestically and internationally. However, Iran is still one of the biggest challenges for the international community as we enter 2020.

The stopfundamentalism.com has recorded the execution of more than 200 individuals since the beginning of 2019 in Iran. At least eight juvenile offenders and 16 women were executed. Six of those executed were political prisoners. The Iranian regime uses execution as an instrument to suppress and silence the Iranian peoples protests and those who live under the poverty line, are unemployed and deprived of freedom of expression.

The Iranian Regime was extremely concerned over sparking another nationwide protests on the 40th day of memorial of martyrs killed by the security forces.
During Iran November protests, the iranian regime has resorted massive crackdown measures on Thursday, December 26. It had cut off internet in many areas across Iran and units of the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and paramilitary Basij were dispatched to control the situation.
