According to media outlets in Syria, the Iranian regime’s forces stationed in the country, in conjunction with Afghan forces allied with Tehran and commanders of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), held a meeting in the city of Albu Kamal, Syria, to counter security breaches and prevent the leakage of sensitive information.
