Tehran will never welcome a secular government in Baghdad

Kayhan, October 30– News of a change of tactics by Americans were heard; even some news wires affiliated with the Republicans reported on the need to change al-Maliki.

They projected the future importance of Iraq’s former secular Prime Minister Iyad Allawi who, at present, is apparently living in seclusion in France, to bring up the prospect of a new “alternative” government.

Tehran will never welcome a secular government in Baghdad and there is no reason whatsoever that it would consent to such a thing due to American hubbub.
