Jordan news Agency, June 29 – About 750 companies will take part in the 2nd Iraqi Reconstruction Exhibition, which is organized by the Iraqi-US Chamber of Trade and Industry in the northern Iraqi city of Suleimaniya during November 11-14.
According to officials in charge of the event, which will be attended by 42 countries, the number of visitors is expected to reach 100,000.
Chairman of the chamber Faris Muslih called in a press conference in Amman on Wednesday, Jordanian public and private sector companies to take part in the exhibition, which will provide a good opportunity for holding meetings among representatives of Jordanian companies and the Iraq government and private sector.
He added that invitations had been extended to concerned Jordanian ministries, the Jordanian Investment Board and the chambers of commerce and industry in the Kingdom to attend the exhibition.
Muslih noted the positive role that had been played by Jordanian companies and investors during the First Iraqi Reconstruction Exhibition, Which was held in the Iraqi city if Arbil in 2005.
