Protesters in Berlin “condemn the new Iranian President’s call to export fundamentalism & terrorism†In protest to President Ahmadinejad’s call for the export of fundamentalism and terrorism, supporters of Friends of Humanity and activists for freedom and democracy in Berlin staged a rally on Monday calling on the German government to take a firm stance against the mullahs’ regime in Iran. Demonstrators called for a referral of the regime’s nuclear file to the UN Security Council, and for the UN to adopt oil sanctions against the ruling fundamentalist clerics. Participants also condemned the stepping up of executions which has stepped up since the presidency of Ahmadinejad and deteriorating human rights situations in Iran.
