Baghdad, Iraq, July 16 (AHN) – Six of the hostages kidnapped in Iraq on Saturday have been released, including the Baghdad soccer coach. More than 30 people were kidnapped during a meeting of the Iraqi Olympic Committee meeting.

The six were dropped off in a Baghdad neighborhood Sunday blindfolded and unharmed. There’s no word on the remaining hostages which include the Iraqi Olympic National Committee Chairman. The bodies of two of the hostages were found earlier.

Gunmen busted into the meeting Saturday and blindfolded and handcuffed participants and then hurried them into about a dozen vehicles and sped away.
