Anti-regime protests began in Iran on Friday November 15, 2019 after the regime tripled the price of gasoline. More than 107 cities witnessed its people risen up against the mullahs dictatorship ruling Iran since 40 years. The people chanting “Death to the dictator,” “Death to Khamenei” “Death to Rouhani” “Don’t be afraid, we’re all together,” and “Mullahs must get lost!” The regime has cut off Internet but the Resistance Units of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) coordinating much of the protests and sending out footage from the scene.

Following the Iran Protests 2019, General James Jones, the first National Security Advisor to President Barack Obama and the former Supreme Allied Commander Europe visited Ashraf-3, MEK's headquarters in Albania and held talks with Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).

Following the Iranian people’s three-day nationwide uprising, General James Jones, the first National Security Advisor to President Barack Obama and the former Supreme Allied Commander Europe visited Ashraf-3, in Albania, home to the members of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK).

On Sunday, November 17, 2019, General James Jones met and held talks with Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).

Following the anti-regime protests erupted across Iran, with chants of “Death to Khamenei,” “Death to Rouhani,” after the regime tripled the price of gasoline, the supporters and sympathizers of the People’s Mojahedin Organizations of Iran’s (PMOI/MEK) rallying across the world to support “Democracy, Freedom, Regime Change in Iran.”

According to reports of the MEK’s Resistance Units from inside Iran 93 cities across Iran witnessing protests over recent gas price hikes and at least 27 people are killed and thousands are arrested by the regime’s security forces.

According to reports of the People’s Mojahedin Organizations of Iran’s (PMOI/MEK) Resistance Units from inside Iran, the Iran Protests continues against the gasoline rationing and price hikes as much as 300 percent early Friday and a strictly imposed rationing system.

On Sunday November 17, 2019 93 cities across Iran witnessing protests over recent gas price hikes. At least 101 regime sites destroyed by protesters and banks are being torched in Karaj.

Reportedly at least 27 people are killed and thousands are arrested by the regime’s security forces. One of the victims is Ruhollah Nazari-Fat’h-abad, 37, who was was shot dead Friday by the state security forces in Sirjan.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran’s (PMOI/MEK) official twitter account holds a live update on Iranian people’s protests against the rise of gasoline prices by the Iranian regime.

Iranian regime suddenly raised gasoline rationing and price hikes as much as 300 percent early Friday and a strict rationing system was imposed. Within hours protests erupted across Iran with large number of people held gatherings and protests in response.

Angry crowds called for oust of the Iranian regime’s President Hassan Rouhani and blamed the mullahs destructive policies.

Iranians around the world have been very concerned about the BBC news outlet’s biased reporting. On Thursday 7th November, the BBC World Service broadcast a report regarding the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI, Mujahedin-e Khalq or MEK). The report was full of false allegations and claims that have long been refuted. The MEK – the main opposition to the Iranian regime and the organization that has been working towards freedom, peace and democracy in Iran – was slated by the BBC.
