According to a report obtained by Fox News, Iran has aggressively pursued its ballistic missile program since agreeing to the 2015 nuclear deal, regularly launching nuclear-capable missiles. Some 23 missiles, as many as 16 of them nuclear-capable, have been launched since signing the deal.

The relationship between President Trump and the 2015 Iran nuclear deal has been a rocky one. During the election campaign, Trump spoke very negatively about the nuclear deal and said that he would scrap it if he took office. He has not scrapped it so far, but then again, he didn’t promise to do it immediately.

Absent Iran criticised at World Economic Forum

On Wednesday, the World Economic Forum was held in Davos, Switzerland. At the event, officials from Gulf Arab states took the opportunity to slam Iran for its destabilising behaviour in the Middle East.
Iran, however, was not at the event this year. Normally Mohammad Javad Zarif, Iran’s foreign minister, attends the annual forum.
