Razavi Khorasan Province lies in the northeast part of Iran. Its capital is the holy city of Mashhad. History shows that signs of any social and political crises in Iran tend to appear in this region first.

Iran regime’s escaping forward tactic

Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif recently wrote a letter complaining 27 absurd conditions for any new nuclear deal with the US, in response to the speech by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo that outlined 12 reasonable conditions for any deal with Iran.
One of Zarif’s conditions was that the US stop resorting to the threat or use of force (a breach of the UN charter) when conducting business with Iran, which was an odd thing to stipulate considering that the Iranian Regime has both made threats of force and attempted to use force itself in just the past couple of weeks.

It is traditionally attended by tens of thousands of Iranians from all over the world and hundreds of international politicians, officials, former officials, human rights activists, lawmakers and dignitaries. Every year the rally gets bigger and the support for the main opposition to the Iranian regime grows.
The Iranian regime sees the main opposition as a major threat. And for good reason. The NCRI values all of the things that the Iranian regime does not – human rights, freedom, democracy, equality, and so on.

The commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) said last week that Iran would block all exports through the Strait of Hormuz in the Gulf if countries agreed to stop buying Iranian oil from November to avoid US sanctions.
