Trump Decertified The Iran Nuclear Deal. Now What?
After describing it as the “worst deal ever” and threatening to scrap the entire accord, U.S. President Donald Trump has decertified the Iran nuclear deal, describing it as against U.S. national security interests, and outlined significant measures targeting the regime in its entirety. Trump took a major step in ordering the Treasury Department to fully sanction Iran’s notorious Revolutionary Guards (IRGC), describing the entity as Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei’s “corrupt terror personal terror force and militia.”

By October15th, President of the United States Donald Trump must inform Congress of his decision to recertify or decertify Iran with regards to its compliance with the nuclear deal. Many believe that he will decertify Iran’s compliance with the justification that the nuclear deal does not work with the national security interests of the United States.

The United States is reconsidering its foreign policy towards Iran. It is well overdue. Former President Barack Obama’s policy of appeasement did not work. In fact, it worsened the Iranian regime’s belligerence because it knew it could get away with all sorts and the United States would not so much as dare to comment.

An Iranian citizen was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment in the UAE. He was accused of violating international sanctions and exchanging information with the Iran regime. The court has rejected the lawyers’ appeals against the verdict issued by the Tribal Court of the UAE. Moreover, The Court has approved the sentence of the Iranian citizen residing in the UAE. The identity of the convict has not been disclosed.
