Iran regime’s armed forces spokesman Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi told semi-official Mehr news agency that during a parade this past weekend, which was part of nationwide celebrations in Iran to mark the 30th anniversary of the end of its eight-year war with Iraq, gunmen opened fire on armed forces marching inside a park, as well as spectators who had gathered to watch the parade.

The four attackers were killed by security forces, according to reports by IRNA, Iran’s official news agency, who cited the deputy governor-general of Khuzestan province, where the attack took place.

The US sanctions on Iran are hitting the Regime so hard that its mullahs are trying to appeal to the International Criminal Court to stop them, which must be the last-ditch attempt of a dying Regime. Why else would a Regime responsible for so many atrocities actually seek to bring themselves to the attention of the body that should be bringing them to justice?

So, it is clear that the Regime is dying and that sanction is spurring the death on, which is why Donald Trump must make decisions about how best to help the Iranian people achieve their much-wanted freedom.

Documents have come to light revealing the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ (IRGC) involvement in occupying property belonging to the Tehran municipality. The IRGC had forcibly and illegally occupied the area.

It was revealed that it had received documents proving that the Martyr Mir Hosseini Camp had been taken over by Iran’s IRGC. The property is located in the western part of the city near Chitgar Park. It was once a sports camp and cultural and educational centre.

Mere days after Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to work with the Iran Regime to “rein in” the United States, an Iranian official has accused Russia and Saudi Arabia of “embracing” US sanctions against Iran.

Hossein Kazempour Ardebili, Iran’s Governor for the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), said: “[Donald] Trump’s efforts to cut Iran’s access to the global crude market has prompted Russia and Saudi Arabia to take the market hostage.”

Tehran’s Grand Bazaar has thousands of shops and stalls crammed into its sprawling streets, each selling various wares, but each of them has one important thing in common: they’re suffering as a result of the Regime’s actions.

This leads to young sales assistants wanting to move abroad for a better life, buyers with little buying power, and, of course, large anti-regime protests. The Bazaar is often seen as a bellwether for the overall sentiment in Iran – evident in the large protests against the Regime in June – and one kitchenware shop provides an interesting microcosm for the Iranian people right now.

Since last May, Iran’s customers have been pressured to cut their purchases of Iranian oil and freeze out OPEC’s third largest producer from the world oil market. In a recent statement, National Security Advisor John Bolton said that the U.S. wants Iran’s oil exports to drop to zero.

Following the U.S. withdrawal from the 2015 nuclear deal, the U.S. is re-imposing sanctions on Iran, and has threatened secondary sanctions on any country that continues to buy oil from Iran. So far, the campaign seems to have been effective. In the first half of August, Iran’s oil exports fell by 600,000 bpd, plunging from 2.32 million bpd to 1.68 million bpd. Iran’s exports have been falling all year, and reached their lowest level in four months by July, before taking a real plunge in August.
